Like every year, World Aids Day will be observed in Darjeeling by Shanker Foundation and Kripa Foundation, in collaboration with the Darjeeling NGO Network.
This year's theme is " Universal Access and Human Rights " recognising universal access to HIV and AIDS treatment,prevention and care as fundamental human rights.
